Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 10th, 2021

This Privacy Policy applies to websites operated by or for Allure Eventz FZ-LLC (together, the "Websites"). It explains how we collect information from users of the Websites and how we use such information. Your use of the Websites constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Please also read our Terms of Use, which govern the basic operation of the Websites. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, you should immediately stop using or visiting the Website.

The Information We Collect and Use

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

When you visit a Website, we may collect certain data that does not tell us specifically who you are. This is Non-Personally Identifiable Information. It includes things like your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and the last domain you visited before coming to our Website or the domain you go to when you leave. It also includes statistical data such as which pages you visit, how long you stay on them, and what you click.

We may place a cookie on your computer that expires after thirty (30) days. We use cookies to keep track of your choice of language and home page preference; to understand your exposure to certain Internet advertisements as you use the Websites; and to gather usage data that helps us improve the Websites. Most browsers allow you to deny or accept cookies. Cookies may be necessary to provide you with certain features on the Websites.

We also may use a small piece of code (sometimes referred to as a 1x1 clear pixel, Web beacon, or clear GIF) placed in the pages of the Websites to help us gather additional information about which parts of the site receive the most visitors and other user traffic patterns, and to administer the site.

No Personally Identifiable Information is collected through our cookies or Web beacons; however, advertisers or third-party ad networks may set their own cookies and beacons. To learn more about their privacy policies or opt-out options, visit their websites. Some participate in the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI); you can learn more or opt out at www.networkadvertising.org.

Personally Identifiable Information

We also may collect information that can be used to identify you (Personally Identifiable Information). We only collect it when you specifically provide it to us. For example, when subscribing or using certain features you may create a user account and provide your name, email address, address, and telephone number. You may also provide User Uploaded Information or payment details when purchasing services or content.

We may use Personally Identifiable Information to fulfill your requests, respond to inquiries, provide services, and alert you to information or offers we think you may be interested in. Emails we send include links to unsubscribe.

We do not sell Personally Identifiable Information or other information you make available to the Websites, or share such information with third parties, except as described. Market research or product development partners may receive access under confidentiality obligations. We may subcontract with companies or individuals who receive access only as needed to perform their functions.

We may share Personally Identifiable Information with third parties who may contact you to offer products and services. You can ask us not to share your information by contacting support@allureagencys.com.

We may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties in connection with a corporate transaction involving all or part of our business, or if required by law, legal process, or to protect our legal rights or safety.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor information, comments, or other content you voluntarily disclose and post to the Websites, and to remove information for any reason, including potential violations of law or our Terms of Use, or upon third-party request.

We reserve the right to investigate abuses on the Websites and enforce this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and other applicable terms. We may disclose information about you to third parties if we have a good faith belief such disclosure is reasonably necessary to address suspected illegal activities, comply with legal process, protect rights or property, or protect against legal liability.

Data Security

Allure cannot ensure or warrant the security or privacy of any information you transmit to us. We follow policies and procedures intended to protect against unauthorized access to your Personally Identifiable Information, but we cannot guarantee security and you provide information at your own risk.

We may store Personally Identifiable Information indefinitely and in servers located in countries whose data protection laws may differ from your home country. Wherever we hold the data, we apply this Privacy Policy.

Accessing and Correcting Your Child's Personal Information

You may review, correct, or delete your child's personal information and refuse further collection or use at any time.

You can review, change, or delete your child's personal information by logging into your Allure account and visiting your child's profile, or by emailing support@allureagencys.com. We may require steps to verify identity before providing information or making corrections.

Security Warning

We have received reports of fake emails from scammers impersonating Allure, sending payment requests and malicious links to steal personal data and credit card details. We never send payment links to external pages via email or SMS. All payments are processed only when you request them and the payment form is displayed within our website. Always check that the payment page URL begins correctly and is marked with the security lock icon.
